Highlight of the Week

First Community LiveStream Event 🤝

This week introduced a new first and let me be the first to say that it won’t be the last! Our debut community livestream was an absolute hit with the Clashed community and only made them hungry for more!

Within a community that thrives in the face of competition, we still prioritize friendship and comradarie.

Now that we’ve taken care of the group hugs we can get back to the exciting events of this last week.

Of course we had an all-you-can-eat buffet of tournaments and prizes this week in the Clashed Discord. Between the return of our Tournament Tuesday featuring Clashed Classics JUMP and Solitaire and our Thursday Holder-Only Poker Night, there was no shortage of competition between our community members, some fierce, some casual, but always followed by a handshake at the end.

and believe it or not…

Our most intense match of this week was from a game that had one single requirement — to simply not smash your keyboard out of rage, Marbles on Stream!

Featured in our first-ever Twitch Stream, Marbles proved three things…
 
First, Clashed is an all-inclusive community where everyone has a chance to win top-tier prizes as long as you just show up and participate!

Second, the community is open-minded. Some of the members went from borderline refusing to play a luck-based game, to wanting to accessorize their marbles with custom skins.

Third, it’s pretty hard to not rage smash your keyboard when playing Marbles on Stream.

In all seriousness, the never ending series of tournaments in our Discord are always a great time and filled to the brim with prizes, competition, and community building!

• Big Time Studios continues to cement its place as a household name in web3 gaming as it generates over a 100 million dollars in revenue since the start of its preseason. 

• 9 Lives Interactive, Nyan Heroes, introduces P2E for pre-alpha demo version players. 

• Browser based social farming game, Pixels, continue to achieve milestones as it surpasses 2 million lifetime wallets as it sees a surge in gaming related activities.

• Exciting times as Arbitrum, Weeb3 Foundation and Eth NFT BlueChip Azuki collaborate to launch AnimeChain, an initiative to improve the average anime experience globally. 

• Planet Mojo stirs up the hype as it announces plans for exclusive airdrops as it reveals it’s official token on polygon. 

• Illuvium pushes further with plans to create an NFT gaming universe as it closes a $12m series A funding.

• NFT rewards up for grabs at Nifty Island for players who take part and win their new speed run challenge “Break The Targets.” 

• Elixir Games receive a huge boost ahead of its token launch as it gets backing from solana foundation, Square Enix.

It is no surprise that the Web3 degens are still chasing that next 1000x memecoin so they can quit their jobs the same day. They were even willing to gamble on SBF coins that fell quicker than the man himself after being sentenced to 25 years in prison. And although the overall market sentiment is somewhat slow and consolidated at the moment, there have been some quick wins from projects like InkonBTC that rewarded minters with a 10x profit out the gate!

Remember, even in slower markets with some losses there are always wins to be had and this is why it is key to surround yourself with others that are like-minded and dedicated to the Web3 space!
